There has been a lot of staff turnover. Sadly, since it is new & not full, they aren't living up to the promises of events. My loved one was told she could use excess points for hair/nail on site, but the "system" won't allow for it. Apparently a lot more folks are 'assisted' than 'independent', which also affects the social aspect. My aunt doesn't have a smart phone, but all events are sign up electronically. Things like this have not made her happy. Unprofessional leadership staff. They know who they are and offered no apologies for playing games. Some of the reviews here are employees.
