Review

Ridgestone Terrace has proven to be an exceptional assisted living facility, providing excellent care to the residents. Over the past year, they have gone above and beyond for my parents, despite the challenges of dealing with COVID-19. Although my mother's health is declining to a point where she requires a higher level of assistance, I cannot express enough how well Ridgestone Terrace has taken care of her. The staff genuinely cares for the residents and ensures that the environment is clean and welcoming.

In our search for the perfect facility, we visited several places, but ultimately chose Ridgestone Terrace due to its convenient location near my parents' home of 65 years. Additionally, the layout of the facility is simple and easy to navigate. Upon entering, there is a cozy area with a fireplace, couches, and chairs where residents can relax. The spacious community room provides ample space for social activities and gatherings.

The dining experience at Ridgestone Terrace has been satisfactory as well. Having dined there multiple times myself, I can attest that the food meets expectations. They offer various activities such as card games, bingo, and WII games to keep residents engaged and entertained. While it is true that their activities are currently limited due to staffing shortages caused by COVID-19, Ridgestone Terrace continues to do their best under these circumstances.

My mother resides in Ridge Stone Village within the facility; she comfortably occupies a one-bedroom apartment. The availability of a nurse-on-duty gives us peace of mind knowing that someone will be there in case any medical assistance is required. Moreover, all members of staff have proven to be supportive and helpful throughout my mother's stay at Ridge Stone Village.

Overall, my mother is extremely pleased with her experience at Ridgestone Terrace. She finds comfort in the warm and inviting atmosphere provided by this facility among other options we considered during our search. The attentive care she receives from both nursing staff and other employees has contributed to her contentment and sense of happiness. Ridgestone Terrace and Ridge Stone Village have truly been a perfect fit for my mother, and I am grateful for the excellent care they continue to provide.
