In my recent visit to a facility, I had an okay experience. The place was bustling with activity, and it was evident that the supervisors were under a lot of stress. However, one resident I spoke to seemed quite pleased with the facility. He particularly appreciated the job placement assistance and how well the facility collaborated with his company. Nonetheless, he mentioned that some staff members appeared overwhelmed due to understaffing, as some residents required a lot of attention.

Despite the apparent pressure on staff, the facility appeared to be well-maintained and orderly during my visit. It was pleasing to note that no one seemed visibly unhappy or discontented with their surroundings. One aspect that stood out to me was the policy requiring working residents to check in with Triniteam when they arrived at work, left work, or took breaks.
