The grandmother was well taken care of during her time there. The entire staff showed care and compassion toward her and all residents. RN Administrator Nicole Riesterer was extremely professional and honored the grandmother's wishes to the fullest. The facility would be highly recommended to loved ones if the need should arise. Renaissance was a place she could call home. The facility is modern and has friendly staff.
