The last manager was very good. The cousin is kind.
The building is infested with bed bugs. They have not completed his shower for two to three months and are taking advantage of him. The place is horrible and filthy, and has left residents without heat for days. The food is bad. The manager is very unprofessional. The current manager does not compare to the last one; the last manager was good. The place is full of COVID and has had bed bugs numerous times.
