The place is a joke. They don't care about staff or residents. They let staff sell the residents' weed. The night shift comes to smoke weed with residents and then leaves. They don't watch the residents take their medicine. A med tech was told by residents that he was taking narcotics and selling them to other residents. They yelled at a pregnant person for taking a smoke break. Since the family sold it to the new company, the place has gone downhill. It is run by the most incompetent individuals you will ever meet. The owner Ron is abusive and rude and has anger issues. Residents are treated like prisoners. A family member had to call the owner to get permission to buy a phone card. A resident's snacks were stolen from his room.
