The apartment building is very nice. The manager is nice, and the majority of the renters are nice. Pelican Rapids is a lovely small town. Mill Pond Apartments overlooks the Pelican River. Mill Pond has a great mix of staff who are willing to help and support independent living. The facility is pretty nice, very clean, and smells good.
They never turn the heat on even when it's 40?50 degrees. They are always on time to raise the rent. The management is very poor.
