The residents are wonderful and entertaining. The facility itself is nice. There is great communication and follow-up with the Housing Administrator, Angel. The facility is nice and cozy, with a lot of services and supports. It is regarded as the greatest business the reviewer has ever been affiliated with.
The management and staff are awful. The place is a horrible place. Management does not care about residents. There is no compassion, kindness, or patience. Angel, the manager, needs to be fired. The residents hate her; she is a horrible human being to the people who live there. The new manager is rude to staff and short with residents and families.
