Review
When searching for a new home for our beloved grandmother, we stumbled upon a place that truly captured our hearts. From the moment we stepped foot inside, we were enamored by the beautiful interior and greeted warmly by the friendly staff. This place had everything we were looking for to ensure our grandmother's comfort and happiness in her new living arrangement.
However, after speaking with the owner and scheduling a meeting to discuss the next steps, we were left disappointed when she cancelled on us and never reached out again. It was disheartening to have our hopes raised only to be let down. Despite this setback, we couldn't deny the charm and appeal of this place.
With a capacity of 8 residents, this cozy home offered just enough space to foster a close-knit community. We were pleased to discover that three beds were available at the time – one double bed and two singles. However, it is worth noting that pricing might be an obstacle for some families as it could be on the higher end.
What made this first experience truly wonderful was the mother-daughter team who ran the establishment. Although their names now escape me, their warmth and kindness will forever be etched in my memory. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensured that our questions were answered thoroughly. In fact, they even extended an invitation for us to reach out if we had any further inquiries, regardless of whether or not we chose their facility for our grandmother.
Their genuine nature was undeniably evident, putting many of our fears at ease. The mother-daughter duo exuded a down-to-earth quality that made them approachable and trustworthy. It was clear that they genuinely cared about each resident's wellbeing and happiness.
In conclusion, while there may have been some setbacks in terms of communication with the owner, overall, this place left a lasting impression on us. The lovely interior design paired with the friendly staff made it incredibly appealing. Additionally, the caring and genuine nature of the mother-daughter team helped alleviate many of our concerns. Although pricing may be a potential hurdle for some families, the experience we had and the potentially enriching environment offered to residents would make it well worth every penny. We hope that our grandmother will soon be able to call this place home and experience the same sense of comfort and contentment that we felt during our visit.
