Angel made herself available to answer questions after the tour. Angel is pleasant, patient, and helped with the move-in approval. Angel has a sweet personality and could be an excellent Realtor. The community is clean, attractive, and offers good value. The staff are nice and Troy is a pleasant worker. Shelter Properties does a nice job on all of their properties. The apartments are very nice.
The manager is never around to fix the elder abuse occurring daily. Shana at the front desk is rude and does not care about fixing problems at the residence.
