There are very nice people living there. The grounds and apartments are neatly kept. The apartments are very nice. The reviewer is very happy there.
The place has gradually gone downhill. The gate is rarely working. They barely spray for pests anymore. They barely want to repair things in the apartments. Management and some of the office staff have been rude and nonchalant. The elderly and disabled residents are not being treated properly. It is a disgusting mess and not recommended for anyone to move their family there.There are very nice people living there, and the place is something the reviewer loves about the community.
