• The one significant drawback of this location is the sometimes noisy intersection of Trier Road and Goeglein Road, where too many fast cars and motorcycles "drag" off the intersection line, with inadequate mufflers, speed shifting and gears winding out.
• Unit walls are not heavily soundproofed so residents near the corner on street-side require ability to tolerate sporadic noise.
• Wish we had more things to do like playing cards and crafts.
• There is no staff except part-time office manager and handyman.
