Review

Located in a fantastic setting, this facility comes highly recommended for its friendly atmosphere and exceptional care. The variety of activities available could be improved, but overall, it is an excellent choice for your loved ones.

When I first contacted this place, I was unsure if it would be the right fit for my mother. However, they were prepared to accommodate her even at short notice. They maintained constant communication with me throughout my journey to their location, reassuring me that everything was under control. As soon as I arrived, Sarah and her aides warmly welcomed my mother and immediately attended to her needs. They provided her with a bath and even arranged clothing for her.

I cannot express how grateful I am for the outstanding service they have provided. Being new to this situation, their attention to detail has made all the difference. Their dedication goes above and beyond expectations, earning them a rating higher than five out of five. While they may not offer a wide range of activities currently, they do make an effort to engage residents who are eager to participate. For instance, my mother enjoys playing cards with fellow residents.

During Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve celebrations, they organized traditional Spanish feasts where families were invited to join in the festivities. It truly felt like a home away from home as we all came together in merriment. Additionally, there is always an abundance of snacks available which caters well to my mother's appetite. The staff is attentive to individual preferences and ensures there's something she likes on hand at all times.

Maintaining cleanliness is a top priority in this facility; residents are given scheduled baths and dressed every day according to their routines. Should there ever be resistance towards bathing, the staff handles such situations with sensitivity and finds alternative solutions. The communication channels here are open and supportive - Sara has been especially helpful by maintaining constant contact with me.

In conclusion, while additional activities would enhance the overall experience at this place, its exceptional care and warm environment make it a remarkable choice. The staff's commitment to providing personalized care, their attention to cleanliness, and their willingness to work with families has made this an incredibly positive experience. Choosing this facility for your loved ones will ensure they receive the love and tender care they deserve.
