The place is looking a lot better under new management, with friendly staff, caring nurses, and affordability. The care providers go all out for the people who live there; the activity staff are friendly and involved with the residents, and family members are always welcomed. The nurses are on duty 24 hours, and the dining staff are pleasant and friendly; the overall staff are consistently helpful. The facility is caring and compassionate, with 24-7 nursing, a clean, odor-free environment, spacious apartments, and a strong activities and dining program.
Tamie is very unprofessional and rude to all staff. The new director is rude, demanding, and would threaten to call the cops if what she wanted wasn't done. She lies about things and never informs the proper doctor about patient care. The facility stinks; there is no housekeeping, and residents have dirty, rotting food in rooms and wet clothes. There isn’t enough staff to help care for residents, and family members are told to stay and watch them. Medication was changed for a resident without proper changes.
