It is a great place to live with lots of nice people in the building. The management is superb. A resident reports living there for a year and states it exceeded their expectations, with a nice staff and extremely well managed.

The maintenance worker blows up at residents for trying to help. People wonder why anyone would employ someone like him. The worker apparently has not had maintenance technician training or basic communication skills.
