Castle is the worst management company. The employees are incompetent at best. VI has become a divided community largely due to Castle. It's very unpleasant to live there. Terra Nova is nasty, far outnumbered by nice people. There is poor follow-up on issues, especially pedestrian and bicycle safety. Homes are cheaply built. Neighborhoods are unfriendly. Many dog issues that are not dealt with. Residents do not obey basic safety rules, with lots of speeding and running stop signs. The clubhouse is being torn down when cosmetic touchups would have sufficed. The gym is horrible; treadmills do not function properly. The poolside chairs are uncomfortable, leaving people needing a chiropractor. That place is a dreadful, cruel, heartless, hurtful, bullying environment with uncaring management.
