It is well maintained and a lovely place to be. Jason and the management team are great to work with. The property is beautiful, and the management team, especially Jason, has been a pleasure to work with. The community is a nice place to live with reasonable apartments and prices. Jason and Judy in the office have been wonderful to work with, and the residents are warm and welcoming. The condo community is lovely on the grounds of a former botanical garden, with lovely views of the intercoastal. The community offers two pools, a clubhouse with free Wi-Fi, a small library, laundry facilities in every building, and attractive 2-bedroom condos. The community is active and has a great location.
The management isn't doing a good job and should be replaced immediately. The elevator reportedly traps residents for a half hour, which is insane and apparently happens often. Residents may become ornery if someone tries to stroll here without an invitation.
