The staff is amazing, the facility is nice, and very caring. Lisa, Al, and Jason are great to work with. Lisa, the Marketing guide, is welcoming and answers questions, making visitors comfortable. The facility is clean and modern. The independent community is wonderful, with a variety of activities and a homemade daily lunch option. The Rehab facility is very good, with great therapists. The apartments are very nice, with excellent dining options in a beautiful facility. They prioritize the residents' well-being.
The DON and the administration team are worthless. The facility is dirty and understaffed, with patients left in soiled pull-ups and call lights ignored. Management lied repeatedly about replacing the emergency call system and ignored family concerns. There were medication management mistakes and mismanagement.
