Honey is knowledgeable, caring, accommodating, and went the extra mile in getting paperwork handled for Mom. They were very courteous and informative. Ivy Park had exceptional staff, services, food, activities, medical technicians, and security. The facility is homey and welcoming; what a wonderful place. The Montero Family appreciated all the care and love given to their Dad, and he made many friends; they are grateful and fully support the staff and their care. A close friend of the family stayed there and had only good things to say; it was always active with all the amenities one could need, in a nice clean environment. The employees are very friendly, helpful, and really care about the residents. The staff has brought positive changes to his life; he is happy and healthy now.
