My mother had already been charged for both February and March when she passed away at the end of March 2016; thus an April payment needed to be refunded as well. Regrettably, I have only received 26% of this refund nearly two months later—a situation compounded by Peter S.'s reluctance to accommodate requests to settle outstanding dues even while his clients are expected to pay their debts without fail.

As challenging as it has been navigating these financial discrepancies with Anna's Gardens post-death—particularly given how quickly they expect payment from families—the overall quality of care provided during my mother’s brief stay cannot be overlooked. The facility appears committed to maintaining decent standards for its residents; many elements indicative of thoughtful caregiving stood out clearly throughout our time there.
