This community is truly a wonderful place to live; it's clean, safe, and well-maintained, with beautiful surroundings and great amenities. The maintenance team is outstanding and very helpful. Suzanne, the property manager, is always attentive to residents' needs. Olimpia is great and awesome. Ruben is professional, polite, and efficient. Jose Centeno provides excellent service and fixed the bathroom. The Palms' administrative and management teams are super helpful and accommodating. Enrique, the maintenance manager, is very helpful and attentive to residents' needs. The pool and grills area is a great amenity for residents.

Move-in day ants infested the apartment, contaminating the pantry and forcing food to be discarded. Termites regularly fall from the ceiling vents.
