The facility is modern, comfortable, and well designed. The team from administration to therapy staff works together as a true, caring team. The atmosphere feels like a home away from home, with staff who treat residents like family. Residents have shown meaningful improvements in function and overall well-being under their care. Families consistently praise communication, care, and the positive, supportive environment.
There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but they were always resolved with earnest and diligence.The Orchards left a deep impression on our family starting in May 2025, when my wife was first admitted to the Memory Care wing after a fall at home that resulted in dual hematomas and brain surgery. Although her stay there was brief, it was the bridge to a longer period of skilled nursing that followed, and the care she received was marked by caliber, consistency, and genuine compassion. From the outset, the staff demonstrated professionalism paired with warmth: therapists who met her daily, nurses and aides who treated her with respect and kindness, and a management team that was responsive, proactive, and deeply attuned to both her progress and our peace of mind.
