When searching for a suitable living arrangement for my mother, I had the opportunity to tour several communities, including Astoria. My visit to Astoria left a positive impression; the owner was exceptionally nice and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist made the experience welcoming and informative. However, as I explored various options, it became apparent that a smaller setting like Astoria may not provide the social opportunities I deemed essential for my mother’s well-being. After much consideration, I ultimately decided on another community that I felt would better facilitate her desire for social engagement.

The choice to move my mother into a different community has proven to be a positive decision. Since her transition, I have no complaints about how things are progressing in her new environment. The staff's friendliness stands out as one of the key factors contributing to our satisfaction.
