Review

One assisted living facility in the area stands out as a warm and friendly place with a strong sense of family. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the welcoming atmosphere enveloping you. The staff members are pleasant and treat residents like cherished family members, providing them with the care and attention they deserve.

Not only does this facility provide a cozy environment, but it also maintains cleanliness at all times. There is no unpleasant odor lingering in the air, making it comfortable for both residents and visitors alike. The management takes great pride in maintaining high sanitation standards to ensure everyone's well-being.

The facility's location is another advantage that sets it apart from others. Its proximity to both my home and my grandsons makes it highly convenient for me to visit my Aunt frequently. This close distance enables us to spend quality time together without any hassle or inconvenience.

Although there was initially some concern about having a dog on-site, it seems that this would not pose much of an issue for my Aunt. The owner assured us that she has other caregivers who can handle any possible complications related to allergies or fear of animals. This reassurance gave us peace of mind as we didn't want anything hindering my Aunt's comfort at her new home.

There is one minor concern regarding the owner's health condition. The fact that she is on dialysis raises some potential issues in the future. However, we sincerely hope that this won't become a reason for us to move my Aunt again. Despite this concern, we have yet to witness any negative impact on the level and quality of care provided by the owner.

Lastly, one cannot help but admire Betty, the lovely woman who manages the facility with utmost compassion and dedication. It is evident that her love for her job shines through in every aspect of her work. Her caring nature creates an environment where residents feel valued, respected, and genuinely cared for.

In conclusion, this particular assisted living facility combines warmth, friendliness, and a strong family feeling to create an environment that residents can truly call home. The cleanliness, informative nature of the staff, and convenient location add to the overall appeal of this facility. While there are some concerns about potential health issues with the owner, her commitment to providing exceptional care remains unwavering. With Betty at the helm, residents can rest assured knowing they are in capable and loving hands.
