The facility has a very warm and friendly atmosphere. It gives off a strong family feeling. The place is clean and free from any unpleasant odors. The staff is informative and helpful. Its proximity to the reviewer's home and grandchildren is convenient. The owner reassured that the presence of a dog would not be an issue for their aunt. Betty, the owner, is described as lovely, compassionate, and passionate about her job.
The owner being on dialysis could potentially become an issue in the future. There is some concern about having a dog, although it may not be a major problem for Aunt. However, we sincerely hope that this won't become a reason for us to move my Aunt again.
