The facilities are modern, well-maintained, and offer a variety of activities for all ages. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making the experience enjoyable. It's the perfect spot for families, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone looking to unwind and have fun. Fantastic recreation center. The building is kept clean, tidy, and sparkling. The ARC definitely offers a plethora of activities and has people who go out of their way to help. The Gift Shop sells upscale merchandise, much of it made by member crafters. Amy and the staff go above and beyond, providing great resources. Beautiful facility with a giant swimming pool and ample parking. Nice center with lots of activities. Well maintained, clean and beautiful; the ARC has something for everyone. Great pool and pickleball courts; friendly, helpful people.
The Board of Directors can't be trusted to hire people or fix the problems at the facility. They want to charge new homeowners a "Buyers Fee" when moving in, due to ongoing mis-management. The center shut down in mid-March because of COVID. The board ignored attorney concerns and member requests, risking serious financial consequences and not serving the best interests of the facility or its members. There is horrible concrete dust ground everywhere, making the place not a clean facility.
