Review

When it comes to the well-being of our parents, we all want the best care and assistance possible. But sometimes, finding a reliable and communicative service can be a challenge. Unfortunately, one individual had a disappointing experience when they sought information about their parents' well-being. They found that the staff they spoke to were not helpful at all and there was a complete lack of communication.

Luckily, amidst this frustration, they came across Rhoni from Home Helpers. Rhoni proved to be an excellent communicator who was willing to accommodate any needs that the individual's parents might have. This included providing transportation services to take their dad to the community center or bowling alley. In addition, Home Helpers ensured safety by conducting background checks on their employees and offering a direct link emergency necklace for mom or dad to wear. This necklace would provide 24-hour monitoring services for only $30 per month.

Not only did Home Helpers excel in providing essential care services, but they also went above and beyond by offering assistance with house cleaning. This meant that mom could say goodbye to her current house cleaner as Home Helpers would take care of it during their visits. The price for this service varied depending on the level of care required, ranging from $19 to $25 per hour. While a two-week deposit was necessary, it would be fully refunded if not needed.

The recommendation for Home Helpers came from someone within a friend's networking group, which speaks volumes about their reputation within the community. As part of the selection process, several companies were interviewed, but Ronnie stood out during her interview and left a great impression on this individual.

To gain further insight into the quality of Home Helpers' services, contact was made with the manager who proved to be incredibly helpful. The reviewer believes that involving Home Helpers in their mom's care would be extremely beneficial; however, convincing mom of its necessity has been challenging.

In conclusion, when searching for assistance in caring for our loved ones, it is essential to find a service that not only communicates effectively but also meets all the necessary requirements. While one individual experienced a lack of communication with other providers, they found solace in Home Helpers and their representative Rhoni. Home Helpers offers various services such as transportation, emergency monitoring, and even house cleaning. Their reputation within the community is strong, and the manager proves to be helpful. It is clear that involving Home Helpers in caring for your loved ones can provide peace of mind and ensure their well-being.
